Principal
David is the principal and owner of Quality Transitions, Inc. Dave,
who retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel, has more than
25 years of experience in the HR field. Working with all size organizations
from the entrepreneurial level to Fortune 50. The mission of his
company is to provide clients with quality human resource solutions
to increase the performance of their organizations.
Catherine L. Potter
Office Manager
Catherine brings years of experience to the Quality Transitions
Team. She worked as the Assistant Protocol Officer at the Naval
Undersea Warfare Center, the Program Coordinator at St. Edmund's
Retreat, and a Human Resource Assistant at the former Bess Eaton
Donut Flour Company. Her computer knowledge and interpersonal skills
enhance the overall mission of Quality Transitions, Inc.
Jack
Marshall
Consultant
Jack serves as Quality Transitions human resource consultant. With
his extensive corporate knowledge he strengthens the team bringing
in new business and he lends his support in QT's ever-growing human
resource requirements. He has served as a senior executive for various
companies and boasts a wide range of experience in operations, sales
and marketing, budget controls and operational development.
