David R. Nichols Sr. is the principal and owner of Quality Transitions, Inc. Dave, who retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel, has more than 25 years of experience in the HR field. The mission of his company is to provide clients with quality human resource solutions to increase the performance of their organizations, which Dave has been doing since 2002.
Phil Mongada has over twenty-five years of Human Resources Management experience with
